Library Employee E-Card Registration

If you are an employee at a public library, public K-12 or public academic library in the state of Florida, you are eligible for a library e-card from the State Library. Your library e-card will provide remote access to the database Library Literature and our collection of professional e-books.

To apply for a library e-card or update your registration information complete all of the fields below. (Information is for internal use only.) Your application will be submitted when you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the Statement of Responsibility included at the bottom of the form.

We will contact you via email within three working days after you submit your application. If you have not received a response from the State Library of Florida within three working days, please contact the Lending Services at library@dos.myflorida.com. For additional assistance, please call the State Library at 850.245.6680 and ask for the Circulation Department.

The State Library may contact you or your supervisor to confirm employment with a public, K-12 or academic library.
